Continued from H.10B Requires a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field willing to accept foreign equivalent plus five 5 years of experience performing construction procurement, construction management, or general contracting related experience in facilities or, alternatively, a masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field willing to accept foreign equivalent and three 3 years of experience performing construction procurement, construction management, or general contracting related experience in facilities. Must also include quantifiable skills not included Demonstrated expertise leading public construction operations or mechanical systems, pricing and contracting, including scope development or estimating; demonstrated expertise managing mechanical construction projects and interior renovation projects in development and in the field; demonstrated expertise developing and generating custom tracking documents end reports using Microsoft office products, including Word, Excel, Project and Acrobat Reader; and, demonstrated expertise analyzing various public procurement or project delivery methods and requirements. Position requires 5070 travel to client sites within the five 5 Boroughs of New York City. Roving position based from corporate office.
