Position requires a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field plus eight 8 years of experience in the job offered or in a Associate Director, Health Cloud Platform Leadrelated occupation. Experience must include the followingbr br Demonstrable experience in biopharma technology;br Demonstrable knowledge of Patient Services business processes and operations within a commercial biopharma environment;br Demonstrable experience with solution architecture and technical delivery expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud andor Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud andor Marketo;br Demonstrable knowledgeable in Business Analysis, Project Management and Agile methodologies;br Demonstrable understanding of regulatory environment and drive collaboration with the Legal and Compliance team;br Demonstrable technical and development expertise in Patient Services Commercial CRM platforms and related technologies;br Demonstrable experience leading large agile delivery teams 20 resources; and,br Demonstrable experience evaluating and procuring agile development tools, such as automated regression frameworks, continuous integration and continuous deployment solutions.br Travel required up to 5; Telecommuting permitted up to 40.
