ANY SUITABLE COMBINATION OF EDUCATION, TRAINING OR EXPERIENCE IS ACCEPTABLE. Requires Masters or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field and 2 years of experience in applications development using algorithms, data structures, and performance optimization techniques. In lieu of a Masters degree and 2 years of experience, employer will accept a Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in the fields stated above followed by 5 years of progressive experience in the skill sets stated above. Experience therein to include 2 years with Scala or Java or Python programming, and SQLNoSQL development including database architecture or design, stored procedures, scripting, database internals, and query optimization; and 1 year with Hadoop, Spark, distributed systems, and ETL or data pipelines.
