Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field of study and 5 years of experience in program and product management within a hightechnology, manufacturing environment. Experience to include new product development NPD program management concept to production and establishing program scope, schedule, and risks assessment; creating business case and cash flow analysis, revenue roadmap, capital planning, resources planning, and cost reduction roadmap; Managing internal and external customer communication during program life cycle with periodic management reporting; leading global project team, supporting customer visits and program meetings; and leading projects or programs for changes in design, supplier, manufacturing, capacity expansion, and cost reduction.
