Minimum Requirements Masters degree, or foreign equivalent, in Human Resources, Public Relations, Management, Business Administration, or related field and two 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a related human resources or people operations position. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Human Resources, Public Relations, Management, Business Administration or related field and five 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a related human resources or people operations position.br br Special Requirements Experience must include two 2 years in the following 1 People Operations; 2 Employee analytics including attrition data and employee data with the use of Excel and Google Spreadsheets; 3 Systems administration; 4 HR technology stack including learning management or talent management technologies; 5 Employment law, risk mitigation, and U.S. EEOCCompliance; 6 Google Suite and Microsoft Office; 7 Leveraging analytics for data and insights collection related to employee experiences and human resources, including compensation modelling and employee surveys; 8 Hiring and developing diverse talent; and 9 Largescale project management including DACI for multimonth project planning, crossfunctional communications and enablement.br br Background checks may be required
