Requires 2 years of Energy Engineering experience. Requires 1 year of experience in the following computer applications AutoCAD, Revit, Visio, Procore, MS Project, Microsoft Office applications, RS Means estimating and any other company standard software appropriate for the position. Track record of establishing and maintaining development and construction budgets as demonstrated by two verifiable references who will be contacted. Demonstrated success in working effectively with subcontractor market and AE teams as shown by two verifiable references who will be contacted.
