Bachelors degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Environmental Policy, or a related field and 3 years of related experience.br 3 years experience in the followingbr Experience developing donor interests to achieve organizational goal;br Experience building and managing multiple relationships with individual donors, volunteers, and staff;br Experience or training in direct fundraising activities, including managing and tracking prospects and donors; and,br Experience working effectively in a complex, decentralized organization and across departments.br 2 years experience in the followingbr Experience using customer relations management CRM software, databases, and financial software to generating reports and analyzing and interpreting the data;br Experience working with Chinese donors, organizations on charitable giving; and,br Experience in business writing, editing, and proofreading.
