Must have a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, International Business, Management or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience. Employer will accept a 3 or 4 year degree.br br Must have at least one year of experience with each of the followingbr br Develop project strategies to solve complex technical challenges for our clients;br Understanding individual tax planning for employee crossborder movement including foreign national and expatriate issues, foreign tax compliance and the tax equalization process;br Advising on domestic and global governmental compliance programs and qualified and nonqualified benefit programs; andbr Experience with tax and accounting policy analysis with regards to compensation related implications.br br Travel up to 20 is required.
