Must have experience in Merus Audio design architecture, test modes and functionality, wafer fabrication process and technology reliability; Yield improvement of product design and circuitry Merus Audio Multibr Level Operation from pre silicon evaluation and characterization results up to the ATE and bench evaluation correlation to ensure product is performing as planned; Process owner of Merus Audio unique combination of Foundry Technology and AssemblyTest subcons; Multilevel amplifier product specifications, test capability, datasheet limits, known silicon issues,br advantages to competitors, and limitations to address and resolve technical issues arising from manufacturing test area or customers; Approving, reviewing, and validating technical data with hardware engineering on schematics, design of HTOL, and HAST boards for reliability test; Layout and component verification review and analysis to ensure compliance with the product and the stress test; General failure and failure analysis techniques required to localize the failure of Merus Audio products; Working closely with the design, failure analysis, wafer fab and assembly engineering teams to solve yield and quality problems, pre and post production; Developing and improving processes to lower outgoing defects, reduce production costs and increase yields; and MentorGalaxy Examinator and JMP data analysis tools.
