Prior experience must include 3 years participating in execution of investment opportunities, including performing transaction due diligence; 3 years evaluating new and existing investment opportunities, including performing detailed economic, financial, and market analysis and modelling; 3 years participating in management of assets, including working directly with portfolio company management to oversee and direct execution of business plans for owned assets and producing quarterly valuation reports; and 3 years preparing investment presentations.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
