Bachelors degree in Engineering Management, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or in a related field required. 24 months experience as a Project Controls Specialist, Project Controller, or in a related project controls role required. Experience must include project scheduling using Microsoft Project and Primavera P6; Cost Engineering and analyzing scope of work for projects; reviewing physical percentage completion through construction site visits; and using project collaboration tools including Sharepoint and Microsoft Project, and regularly updating contents of collaboration sites, including different layouts of schedules, cost reports, risk registry, earned value analysis, CPI, and SPI.
