Highly experience with various Quality System methodologies i.e., Lean, PDCA, Kaizen, Six Sigma, RCA, 5 Why, Pareto Analysis, PokaYoke, FMEAs, Control Plan, Statistics, MSA,c8D, APQP, PPAP. Effective problem solver with knowledge and experience utilizing structured problemsolving methodology and experience introducing new products. Strong background in SPC, with demonstrated capability of providing and implementing effective solutions to achieve the desired output.br Expertise in GDT of complex product systems and problemsolving techniques. Indepth background in Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma with a focus on World Class Manufacturing expectations.
