EducationalExperiential Requirementsbr Bachelors degree in civil engineering, construction management or other construction related field and five years of experience in construction project management, including experience working with project or program management consultancy.br br Skill Requirementsbr Three years experience with the delivery of complex, structural, mechanical and electrical packages on projects of 500mm and above.br Three years experience working alongside capital projects teams within large organizations.br Three years experience with project controls for major projects in the education, corporate interiors, and retail sectors.br Experience with construction contract management, including change orders.br Experience with production of monthly cost reports, including information on commitments, cash flows, variance analysis, budget forecast at completion, and contingency management.br Experience with critical path analysis.br Experience putting together project scopes for procurement.br Experience managing subcontractor accounts and advising client on contractor selection.br Experience managing and delivering electrical and mechanical shutdowns around businesscritical infrastructure.br Experience with stakeholder management with departments affected by capital projects, including operations, security, facilities, and IT.br Experience delivering MEP packages.br Experience managing RFIs and submittals.br Experience leading a team during a projects design phase and contributing constructability information to the design teams architects and engineers.br Experience with project risk management.br br Other Requirementsbr 10 domestic travel.
