Experience and Education Requirements Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related field foreign equivalent is acceptable plus a minimum of two 2 years of professional employment experience in providing sales or budget analysis services for real estate sales within the real estate industry. Required employment experience must include the followingbr br 1 A minimum of two 2 years of demonstrated experience in analyzing company operations and sales and market trends;br 2 A minimum of two 2 years of demonstrated experience in directing the preparation of sales, expense, or budget reports;br 3 A minimum of two 2 years of demonstrated experience in establishing policies to fulfill company financial directives for each year;br 4 A minimum of two 2 years of demonstrated experience in analyzing and reviewing monthly sales, budgeting, or financial reports;br 5 A minimum of two 2 years of demonstrated experience in making adjustments and redistributing funds to increase company sales and profitability; andbr 6 A minimum of two 2 years of demonstrated experience in performing financial and sales forecasting to support company decisionmaking processes.
