Four 4 years of experience in the job offer or related occupation researching legal concepts, case law, judicial opinions, statutes, regulations, rules, and legal precedents; receiving, reviewing, analyzing and assimilating large volumes of legal and compliance information; reviewing complex written legal documents, attending conference calls, drawing inferences, and making connections between legal authorities; leading complex legal projects that span legal, business, and functional boundaries including public offerings of domestic companies and international companies and private placement projects; analyzing the legal structure of transactions to evaluate potential risks; drafting contracts and executing legal writing tasks; and creating clear outside vendor management guidance, delegating legal work to outside counsel, managing competing deadlines and project progress, and evaluating quality of deliverables. Fluency in Mandarin required. Must be admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
