Masters degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related field. 1 year of work experience in the job offered or related position; and experience with the following Molecular biology techniques including cloning and DNA preparation; recombinant expression in mammalian systems; prepscale chromatography involving various techniques e.g. affinity, ion exchange, recombinant and size proteins exclusion chromatography toward the purification of recombinant proteins; AKTA FPLC and HPLC automation; and protein characterization using SDSPAGE and concentration determination.
