EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEbr br Masters degree in Human Factors, Human Factors in Information Design, HumanComputer Interaction, Engineering, Computer Science or a closelyrelated field or foreign education equivalent and no experience.br br SPECIAL REQUIREMENTSbr br Demonstrated expertise using qualitative and quantitative research methods to analyze user behavior, identify user pains, benchmark digital products in industry and evaluate digital product features to impact strategy and product direction.br br Demonstrated expertise performing usability assessments, including performing usability testing, conducting heuristic evaluations and customer interviews, and designing surveys to understand user behavior and influence design decisions; and analyzing user data and representing key information from datasets into visualizations.br br Demonstrated expertise interpreting and analyzing user feedback using UX method of affinitization, evolving user workflows, and providing design recommendations to software developers; performing high and low fidelity prototyping to inform design decisions that address user requirements using Axure, Adobe xD or Balsamiq according to UI design principles; and developing UX deliverables including personas, user roles and goals to enable a usercentered development process.br br Demonstrated expertise engaging with software end users engineers and software developers to gather and assess customer requirements, understand workflows, and define solutions for customer needs; and interacting with development teams to influence product direction and improve products by evolving user workflows and providing design recommendations to software developers.br br Expertise may be gained during Graduate program.br br Employer will consider candidates with any suitable combination of education, training, andor experience.
