Education Requirement This position requires a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or in a related engineering field.br br Work Experience Requirement 3 years of work experience in Supplier Quality, Quality Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field.br br br Specific Skills Requirement Additionally, a qualified applicants experience must include the followingbr 1. Using quality related tools to execute production readiness and verify compliance to standards, as well as maintain expected product quality performance, including QMS, SPC, APQP, 8D, PPAP, CAPA, and Quality Systems.br 2. Using quality improvement tools, including Lean and Six Sigma to improve Supplier processes and product quality.br 3. Using advanced statistical techniques such as Minitab to analyze part qualification data to assess supplier process capability risk and make programrelated decisions.br 4. Experience reviewing technical documentation related to safety critical components and communicating both verbally and in written form.br 5. Experience working on crossfunctional teams to resolve Supplierrelated quality issues in a diverse global supply base.br 6. Experience investigating and resolving quality issues with all levels of internal and external employees and reporting findings to management.br 7. Experience in project management and use of project management tools to deliver timely part qualifications and mitigate supplier risks.br br Special Requirement Mandatory drug andor alcohol testing and background checks.
