Applicants with any suitable combination of education, training or experience are acceptable.br br Experience in item H.10 must include setting up and troubleshooting technical equipment including laptops, video conferencing systems and mobile devices, providing administration on company core IT infrastructure systems, monitoring network performance, troubleshooting network outages and problems for service accessibility, troubleshooting and providing support for enduser side hardware, software, application systems and peripherals problems, designing and enforcing enduser security policies, providing information technologyrelated training to users, performing routine patching and maintenance, collaboration with network architects on service optimization, upgrading new networkserver environment setup, identifying IT operation problems and driving continuous improvements, performing data backuprestore to ensure data integrity and compliance, troubleshooting enduser and system issues and utilizing virtualization technologies skills with Microsoft HyperV or VMware.
