Requires a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Operations, Information Technology or Computer Engineering and five 5 years of progressive, postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered or five 5 years of progressive, postbaccalaureate experience in a related occupation creating draft PEGA Flows and UI; working closely with System Architects to ensure completeness of requirements by leading business requirements review sessions with development teams onshore and offshore; communicating business requirements to development onshore and offshore teams; ensuring compliance with project methodology; leading Sprint planning; and working in Agile with Scrum, and Waterfall and Iterative methodology.
