In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Engineering, Engineering Management, or related.br br In H.10B above, the experience requirement is five 5 years of progressive experience in product management, product development or a combination thereof. Experience must be postBachelors degree.br br In H.8A and H.8C above, the employer will accept a Masters degree or equivalent in Engineering, Engineering Management, or related and three 3 years of experience in product management, product development or a combination thereof in lieu of a Bachelors degree or equivalent and five 5 years of progressive experience as described above. Pre or post Masters degree experience is acceptable. Experience must be postBachelors degree.br br Special Requirements Work experience to include Experience shipping customer facing products that delivered business impact and customer satisfaction; Experience converting learnings from customer insights into tangible product features; Experience using data and metrics for making assumptions and decisions; Experience working with a cross range of teams including engineering, UX, legal, finance, sales or operations; Agile methodology; and Experience presenting to senior executives.
