Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Business Management, Business Administration, Legal Studies, Business Law, or a related field, PLUS three 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related position. Experience must include demonstrable knowledge of contract management; RFI and RFP support; contract template management; implementing new legal tools for organizational contract management; DocuSign; MArelated compliance support; MA due diligence process and risk assessment; integration of acquired entities compliance processes; data privacy for cross border transactions; data privacy risk assessment for commercial agreements, and; data privacy compliance within the technology and travel industries.
