Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Health Administration, Psychology, or a related field plus coursework, internships, or experience to include cultural sensitivity in interpersonal relations ethnicity, culture, sexual orientation, gender identification, physical ability, age, socioeconomic status; and knowledge of different types of therapy groups, general ethical standardsCA legal parameters for the psychotherapeutic relationship, governing lawsregulations for therapyclinical practice; and counseling African Americans, HispanicsLatinos immigration issues, Asians, sexual minorities, people with disabilities, older adults. Experience and skills may be gained through academic coursework and concurrently while pursuing academic studies. May travel to various unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S. This is a telecommuting position with remote benefit from anywhere in the U.S. Travel is required.
