Experience must have included At least 2 yrs. of management experience with a recruitment focus within the travel industry specifically; At least 2 years of experience in technical recruitment including both IT and financial positions; Executive level search; Experience working in a recruitment consulting company; Digital recruiting using Applicant Tracking Systems; Developing market specific recruiting sourcing strategies to drive recruiting process and increase candidate funnel to include direct sourcing; Evaluating and hiring talent across multiple functions and levels; Developing recruitment scorecardsdashboards utilizing Excel; and Performing cost analysis, fiscal management and budgeting for presentation to executive leadership.br br NOTE Will accept 3 or 4 year degree.
