Masters degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering Management, Information Management, or a related field of study. Requires three 3 years of experience in a supply chain management or strategic sourcing position. Experience must include developing sourcing and procurement strategies and negotiating optimal terms of sourcing with suppliers; analyzing and reviewing data to support strategic sourcing, including financial, contractual and operational performance; supporting business and engineering stakeholders in selecting the best value supply chain; building Total Cost of Ownership TCO sourcing models; leading the implementation of sourcing strategies balancing cost, quality, volume, leadtime and reliability considerations; and drafting, issuing and conducting RFIs, RFQs and RFPs.
