The position indicated at Section H.3 requires at least a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration or any related marketing field of study, plus at least three 3 years of experience managing inhouse growth marketing budgets for TV spend. Experience must include Planning, managing, and optimizing TV, OTT, and SEM campaigns to drive user acquisition; Demonstrated experience with user acquisition and datadriven marketing for ecommerce or D2C company; Conducting data analytics to optimize campaign and landing page performance; Experience working with three 3 or more of the following performance marketing metrics CPM, CPC, CAC, CVR or LTV; Building acquisition and spend forecasts across different media channels; Experience increasing CVR, revenue, and downstream metrics through AB testing each step of the conversion funnel; Developing and maintaining testing roadmaps, based on strong hypothesis and expected business impact; Experience with three 3 or more of the following Excel, Looker, VWO, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Ads or Google Analytics; and People management experience.
