Masters degree in Telecommunications, Electronics Engineering, a related field, or a foreign equivalent plus 2 years of postbaccalaureate experience in job offered or related role. In Lieu of a Masters degree and 2 years of experience, Employer is willing to accept a Bachelors degree in Telecommunications, Electronics Engineering, a related field, or a foreign equivalent plus 5 years of progressively responsible postbaccalaureate experience in job offered or related role. Applicants must have 2 years of experience 5 in possession of a relevant Bachelors degree in the following 1 5G, LTE and VoLTE features; 2 Field Trials; 3 RF Design and Planning; 4 3GPP Specification; 5 4G and 5G Call Processing Radio Access Network Issues; 6 Conducting System level analysis of performance KPIs and recommend appropriate optimization actions; 7 New feature Testing and Recommendations; and 8 Develop LTE Troubleshooting guidelines.
