Skills must include 1 Wireless systems including PHY, MAC, RLC, RRC and PDCP layers; 2 writing, reading, analyzing, and interpreting technical journals and procedures utilizing mathematics language, nonlinear communications, vectors, complex numbers and logarithms as reference; 3 5G and 4G air interface and call processing technologies and network architecture in the Radio Access Network; 4 Hardware and Software architecture; 5 system engineering projects including technical requirements identification, technical solutions to address requirements, technical description documentation with details including parameter; 6Hybrid Beamforming, Massive MIMO, New Waveforms, LTENR interworking coexistence, and 5G Numerologies; and 7 4G5G LTE Call Processing including RRC, S1MME, S1U and X2 protocols. 1015 domestic travel required.
