This position requires a Bachelor degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, or closely related field and 12 years of work experience in the job offered or closely related occupation.br br As an alternative, employer will accept a Master degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, or closely related field and 10 years of work experience in the job offered or closely related occupation.br br Must possess expertise knowledge sufficient to adequately perform the duties of the job being offered. Such expertise knowledge cannot be quot;quantifiedquot; by quot;time.quot; Required expertise knowledge includesbr Operating FA tools, such as XRAY, CSAM, IR Thermal, Photon Emission Microscope, Probe Station, OBIRCH, SEM.br Use of Electric Bench equipment, including Semiconductor Device Analyzer, Network Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, and Oscilloscope.br Use of software tools for reading circuit schematics and layouts, and applying failure analysis procedures to identify the failure location and the root causes troubleshooting capability.br Knowledge of semiconductor device Silicon based CMOS structure, basic analog circuit band gap, oscillator, operational amplifier, manufacturing and module assembly process die and package level.br Knowledge of Radio Frequency RF testing.br Performs preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on FA equipment.
