Masters degree in Civil Engineering or related field required. Engineer in Training EIT Certification required. Any amount of experience in the following required civil engineering transportation projects; geotechnical and pavement design software including LPile, APile, GeoStudio, Slide, Settle 3D, Darwin ME, FPS21; performing and conducting QAQC of laboratory testing including advanced tests; Triaxial, Consolidation, Direct shear, Resilient Modulus. Experience may be gained via coursework or employment.
