Requires 3 years of experience in ITSM.br Requires 5 years of experience with digital solutions such as On Demand Connectivity, Advanced OTA, Cloud Based Payment, Dexxis, or Banking Personalization.br Requires 2 years of experience working with L1, L2, and L3 technical teams across NoramLatam, EMEA, and Asian time zones.br Requires 1 year of experience in crisis management or major incident management.br br Must be able to travel internationally up to 20 of the time.
