In Lieu of a Masters degree and 2 years of experience, Employer is willing to accept a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, a related field, or a foreign equivalent plus 5 years of progressively responsible postbaccalaureate experience in job offered or related role. Applicants must have 2 years of experience 5 years in possession of a relevant Bachelors Degree in the following 1 CRM Campaign Planning and Execution, including implementation of established best practices; 2 CRM List Growth Acquisition strategy and execution; 3 CRM multichannel campaign experience, including Email Push Notification text; 4 CRM audience segmentation and targeting; 5 Employment of testlearnscale approach for D2C marketing touchpoints; 6 Knowledge of consumer data and associated platforms including Adobe, Google, and Acxiom; and 7 Campaign optimization through Performance based Marketing approach.
