At least 3 years of experience with thermoforming machines; At least 5 years of experience with management, costing and budget control and quality and product consistency; At least 5 years of experience with the plants production, cost controls, maintenance and all other operation related activities; At least 5 years of experience recruiting and training employees, and leading a team.
