Qualifying experience must include Proficient modeling and documentation skills using Revit; Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite. Qualifying experience must also include at least 3 years in each of the following Experience with SketchupRhinoEnscape or other 3D modeling and rendering software; Experience with markup software, such as Bluebeam RevuBluebeam Studio; 3 years of experience with SPEXX or equivalent spec writing software; Experience with Deltek Project Planning, or other comparable project planning software; Experience with sustainability focused project assessments such as Living Building Challenge, LEED, WELL, and highperformance building; A portfolio of work demonstrating design, technical, and drafting abilities Required travel 10 of time to Sun Valley, MT, 25 of time to other client sites
