Must have experience with Designing of PET blow molds for beverage sector both linear and rotary, injection molds for preforms, and standardization processes. Producing drawings using Geometric Dimension and Tolerancing GDT software. Installation of injection molding. Providing technical inspection of PET equipment. Process improvement. Interpreting production and layout and processing data to advise on equipment purchase, installation equipment operation. Injection mold rebuilding including dismantling, wiring, assembling cleaning. Reverse engineering. Using Unigraphics NX, 3D Solid Modeling and Siemens PLM software. Position consists of 40 travel throughout US and Canada to various, unanticipated customer locations.
