In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, or related.br br In H.10B above, the experience requirement is five 5 years of progressive experience in physical analytics, method development and validation, quality controls, or a combination thereof. Experience must be postBachelors.br br In H.8A and H.8C above, the employer will accept a Masters degree or equivalent in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, or related and three 3 years of experience in physical analytics, method development and validation, quality controls, or a combination thereof in lieu of a Bachelors degree or equivalent and five 5 years of progressive experience as described above. Pre or post Masters degree experience is acceptable. Experience must be postBachelors.br br Special Requirements Work experience to include At least two 2 years of experience in a quality or failure analysis laboratory; Data analysis including interpretation and presentation of experimental data; Quality control systems; Project management; and Laboratory information management systems for productrelated testing specific to elemental composition and mechanical properties. Any and all experience may be gained concurrently. Successful completion of reference checks and background checks is required.br br Special requirements defined at H.14 not to be conflated with H.8C andor H.10A. There is no timing requirement associated with the special requirements defined at H.14, unless specifically stated otherwise.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
