Masters degree in Computer Engineering or Electronics or Electrical Engineering or other related field. An understanding of Network Protocols including TCPIP, Telnet, FTP, UDP, SMTP, etc. A solid understanding of LANWAN networking. Sound Working knowledge of Firewalls, DMZ, VPN, VOIP, QoS, DNS, DHCP, VMware networking. Sound workingknowledge with Fortinet, Cisco, Ubiquiti, and vmware. Sound workingknowledge of wireless controllers, and access points. Ability to troubleshoot network issues including backbone infrastructure issues. Sound working knowledge of LAN Routing and Switching design, configuration and troubleshooting VLANs, IP Subnetting, 802.1Q trunks. Advanced knowledge of Windows Server 20032008 desktop Operating Systems 7 10, Mac OS. Understanding of Microsoft Windows Server administration including Active Directory, GPO, etc. Sound workingknowledge in Gsuite. Strong communication and documentation skills. Flexible and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment. Must be organized and have the ability to manage projects of varying length.
