Masters degree in Human Resources, Business, Education or related field, plus 6 years of experience in talent management or related role; or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Education or related field, plus 8 years of experience 5 years must be postbachelors and progressive in talent management or related role.br br Must have 5 years of experience in conducting leadership and talent assessments.br br Must have 5 years of experience in talent data, benchmarks, and statistics and crafting an objective and insightful story through data and storytelling.br br Must have 5 years of experience in leadership models and development levers.br br Must have 5 years of experience in working alongside HR business partners to create collective momentum, connect the dots, and serve the businesss needs.br br Must have 5 years of experience in recommending course of action for organizational decisions informed by research, data and constituent perspectives.br br Must have 3 years of experience in developing project management processes.br br Must have 3 years leading executive development or executive coaching services.br br Must have 4 years of experience in Microsoft Office Products Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlookbr br Up to 20 travel required to Seattle, WA.
