Position requires a high school diploma or foreign equivalent plus 4 years of experience in the luxury fashion retail and corporate human resources field in the job offered, HR Manager or HR Supervisor that includes HR policy compliance management across federal, multistateprovince and local jurisdictions in the US and Canada; creating an employer value proposition aligned with luxury brand standards; developing training materials and training managerial level employees; administering HR policies across entry level to senior level job categories in retail and corporate environments in luxury fashion. The required experience must have been gained with corporate groups with employee populations of at least 10,000.br br 23 trips domestically per month 1 international trip per year
