Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related and 5 years of experience in engineering involving reliability, testing, or product engineering in semiconductor industry. Employer will accept a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related and 7 years of postbaccalaureate, progressive experience in engineering involving reliability, testing, or product engineering in semiconductor industry. Employer will accept any suitable combination of experience, education, or training.
