Bachelors Degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field followed by 5 years of progressively responsible experience in Supply Management operations.br br Qualified candidate must possessbr 5 years of experience with supply chain procurement contracts and processes;br 5 years of experience with sourcing and procurement operations for foodstuffs or other similar perishable goods; and,br Any amount of experience with or demonstrated knowledge ofbr o commodity and market indices that drive the cost basis in the manufacture of category products managed by the position;br o contract terms, including but not limited to Insurance and Indemnification, termination clauses, audit provisions, and federal laws;br o RFI and RFP processes, and detailed scope of work generation to ensure an accurate bid response from qualified bidding parties; and,br o Excel Spreadsheets, Word, and PowerPoint.br Knowledge may be demonstrated through education, training andor experience.br br Up to 100 telecommuting may be permitted with authorization from HR.
