In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Engineering or related.br br In H.10B above, the experience requirement is seven 7 years of experience in engineering projects for mass produced productsbr br In H.8A and H.8C above, the employer will accept a Masters degree or equivalent in Engineering or related and five 5 years of experience in engineering projects for mass produced products in lieu of a Bachelors degree or equivalent and seven 7 years of experience as described above.br br Special Requirements Work experience to include Manufacturing line bring up and ramp to mass production; Design cycle including electrical engineering design, mechanical engineering design, preproduction builds, or identifying and mitigating risks; Creating, maintaining and communicating schedules; Multilevel Bill of Material BOM hierarchy, including hardware and software components; Project or program management; Product release cycle including creation and change management of parts and BOM structures; and Creating and maintaining metrics. Successful completion of reference checks and background checks is required.br br Special requirements defined at H.14 not to be conflated with H.8C andor H.10A.
