Must have the following experience At least 5 years of experience in supporting Workday HCM including Recruiting, Talent, Absence and Travel Expense areas in a production environment; At least 5 years of experience in Configuringmaintaining Workday integrations outbound and inbound, Workday business processes, Alerts, Workday security, and reporting, including knowledge of AD, Identity, Payroll, Credit card integrations; Some experience in Performing Gap analysis and root cause analysis and streamlining Business process workflows and defining optimum solutions; At least 3 years of experience in Handling Workday releases and performing impact analysis, and reviewing and implementing new Workday functionalities and improvements; At least 5 years of experience in Handling Incident Ticket management, problem ticket management, and change requests in ITSM tools like Service Now; At least 3 years of experience in Planning and prioritizing change requests by coordinating with business stakeholders and support team members; At least 3 years of experience in Handling knowledge transition from Project teams, maintaining project documentation and knowledge articles; AND At least 5 years of experience in Working with geographically distributed teams and thirdparty teams.
