Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field with 3 years of related experience. Prior experience to include mentoring developers, project management in Agile environments; building enterprise applications using Java, Python, or Node.js; AWS or other cloud infrastructure; building highly scalable distributed systems; handson coding, design, and architecture; creating software for processing Next Generation Sequencing; and developing software in a regulated environment. Position based in our Austin TX office, but role holder can work fully remotely from any place in the USA with manager approval. Role holder must be able to visit Nateras Austin andor San Carlos offices for planning sessions, approximately once a quarter.
