Must have MSc or ME in Chemical Engineering, including graduate level coursework in Fundamentals of Food Science Technology, Thermodynamics, Process Control Statistics and 2 yrs project engineer exp for foodmeat processing company. Alternatively, will accept BSc or BE in Chemical Engineering and 5 yrs project engineer exp for foodmeat processing company. With either combination of education and experience, must have technical expertise in food manufacturing process, utility systems process, and maintenance management system. Up to 80 travel for project management and technical support. Availability to work weekends, holidays andor offshifts swing shift or graveyard shift for equipment installation, system tiein, andor technical support.
