Construction technology including Exterior building envelope systems, building structures, HVAC Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning Systems, Plumbing, Electrical and FireLife Safety.br 2. Estimating, contracts, and insurance.br 3. Developing and maintaining logs, records, reports, producing estimates, and analyses using Microsoft Word and Excel.br 4. Viewing and annotating drawings and reports, developing, and modifying sketches utilizing Bluebeam and Adobe Acrobat.br 5. Viewing, manipulating, and printing ComputerAided Design CAD files using DWG Viewer.br 6. Managing construction projects using the following software Microsoft Projects or Primavera.br 7. Experience with OSHPD Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development projects.
