Requires a Masters degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, and Electronics Engineering and four 4 years of experience in the job offered or four 4 years of experience facilitating program, portfolio and change management for large complex PMO initiatives; Liaising with Finance and Operations leadership to prioritize global roll out of JD Edwards to multiple businesses with varying business models, processes, requirements, management structures, and technology maturity; Conducting stakeholder analysis on project stakeholders perceptions and concerns about the given project, and recommended mitigation plans to help minimize the overall impact to end users; Developing change communication strategy targeting increased adoption for initiatives, including developing and deploying communications; Monitoring potential risks that could affect the project and develop detailed mitigation strategies to minimize probability of each risk materializing; Utilizing past experience working in agile methodologies such as Scaled Agile Framework SAFe, SCRUM and Kanban.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
