Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, Biology or a closely related quantitative discipline and three 3 years of progressive postbachelors experience in the position offered or as a User Experience Designer, or closely related position. Must have demonstrated experience in the following Utilizing Figma to create designs with digital illustration and digital design software for user interface UI and user experience UX of mobile applications and web pages; Utilizing Adobe Suites, including Photoshop, Illustration, Premiere, and AfterEffects, to create clear and compelling visual elements, original images and icons for marketing and product usage; Conduct user research to understand customer demographics, preferences, and needs; Reviewing businessproduct requirements and collaborating with engineers to ensure quality assurance of software for users of digital products; Utilizing AB testing models to improve campaign metrics and achieve higher form conversions; Leading, driving, and shaping workshops and activities that affect key decisions; Creating rich interactive prototypes with Figma, Framer, and objectoriented programming languages; and Utilizing mobile and responsive web design principles and best practices.
