Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. 5 years of experience must include Developing STLC test framework, including riskbased testing, maintaining test progress, test environments, RTM, QA artifacts to satisfy compliance requirements for ST, SIT, and E2E; handling TDDbased automation and defining continuous test automation framework; analyzing test results, measuring KPIs against defined quality criteria and tracking metrics to demonstrate defects rates and improvement in quality; ensuring adherence to SDLC quality gates and collaborating with auditors to clear internal and external audits; implementing QA solutions using Agile methodology, lean and scrum model for project deliverables across multiple geographies; and utilizing PLSQL Developer, Javabased web applications, MIS and Reporting applications, JMS Messaging tools, Web services, XML, QCALM, Visio, MPP, batch processes, ControlM, SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence, code review, automation, code repository, build management Change Request tool, Agile Scrum and Kanban methodology.
