Position requires a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field of study, plus 7 years of experience in the job offered, or as a Senior Software Engineer, Staff Engineer, or in a related occupation. Specific experience must include performing objectoriented software development using C, C14, C17, Boost and Standard Template Libraries; working in a Linux environment such as Red Hat and Ubuntu; using shell scripting and other scripting languages such as Python; working with task automation; debugging source code using GDB; using communications protocols TCP and UDP; using multithreading; utilizing data structures and various design patterns; improving performance and functionality; and working with visualization tools. Option to work remotely.
